How To Play..

• Your goal is to defeat the Director by reducing her HP to zero. If your HP reaches zero, or if Act 4 ends while the Director is still alive, you lose.

• The game is divided into 4 Acts, each with 5 Rounds. The Director grows stronger after every Act.

• At the start of the game, choose a Mask. Each Mask gives buffs and debuffs and defines how your run will play.

• During most Rounds, you prepare by playing cards to increase your stats. Each card’s suit determines the stat it increases, and the number shows how much. Played cards permanently add to your stats.

• At the end of each Act, an Action Phase begins. You have 3 Action Points. Each action costs 1 point. Choose between Strike, Dodge, or Counter. Actions interact in a rock-paper-scissors system.

• After the Action Phase, you receive a Special Card that changes the rules of the game.

• Defeat the Director to win. Survive until then.
